Rimapere delivers pronounced aromatics of lemon peel, sage, ripe lemon, passion fruit, grapefruit, pine needles and steely minerality. The palate despite being vibrant and fresh, has a rich texture. There is wonderful purity and complexity and a long intense finish.
Pale straw with sparks of gold Lifted citrus, with clear grapefruits and ripe lemon notes; subtle white flowers perfume and a nice minerality in finale. Elegant structure with a good concentration and a ripe acid line that enhance the persistence. Bright citrus flavour : lemon, pink grapefruit, some nice aromatics notes from the passion fruit.
Skin contact, pneumatic pressing, settling, fermentation in temperature controlled closed top stainless steel tanks during 2 weeks at 15°C.
