This 100% Merlot, made to age for a very long time, is of outstanding aromatic complexity. It has delicious blackberry and cherry flavours as well as great body and a fine structure enhanced by oak ageing for long cellaring. This powerful wine with refined tannin can age for 15-20 years.

In the Cellar

Cold soaking and fermentation in oak and stainless steel vats with automatic temperature-control. Post-fermentation micro-oxygenation during maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak and stainless steel vats.

Harvest: Hand-picking at optimum maturity with careful sorting, both in the vinyard and on a mechanical sorting table in the cellar prior to destemming.
